JMPM Consultancy is designed to assist I.C.F. Licensees assure compliance
with the H.C.F.A. guidelines and Health and Safety Code Regulations, Title
22. JMPM offers the following services, according to your special needs,
but are not limited to:
INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY:
* Development of Program Design to obtain Intermediate Care Facility: Developmentally
Disabled Habilitative or Nursing;
* Physical plant review and set-up for the Initial I.C.F. Licensure;
* Available as Human Resource, Quality Assurance or Educational Consultants;
* Conversion of Child or Adult Residential Care Home into an Intermediate
Care Facility: D.D.H. or D.D.N.;
* Assistance with the implementation of the Active Treatment Program;
* Development of plans of corrections to maintain Certification standards
and compliance with the Health and Safety Code Regulations, Title 22 and
H.C.F.A. Guidelines;
* Assistance with the implementation of the plans of corrections;
* On-site In-Service Training for Direct Care Staff; and
* Development of the Facility Policies and Procedures Manual.
